Ordering & Cut-Off Times

Standard lunch orders close 72 hours before the service day. Emergency Lunch orders close at 9:00 PM the night before service. Orders cannot be changed after cut-off times.

Menus & Availability

Menus are planned monthly and may change due to availability. School closure dates are automatically blocked and unavailable for ordering.

Pricing & Payments

Meals are priced per day. Payment must be completed at checkout. All prices are subject to change with notice.

Allergies & Food Safety

Parents are responsible for providing accurate allergy and dietary information. While care is taken, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Cancellations & Refunds

Orders are non-refundable once the ordering cut-off has passed unless otherwise stated.
